ABOUT THE PROJECT

Over his long career, Cal Ledbetter served Arkansas as teacher, leader, scholar, and legislator.  With a viewpoint formed from his political science scholarship and his active role as a legislator, his collection of papers provides a unique perspective of the state’s legislative process and history.

ABOUT THE CENTER

The UALR Center for Arkansas History and Culture offers a collection of resources, including papers, books, photographs, maps, and audio/visual materials, related to history, government, and life in Arkansas. Holdings related to government include five former governors and several legislators.
