Located in downtown Little Rock, the\u00a0UA Little Rock Center for Arkansas History and Culture<\/a>\u00a0is housed in the Bobby L. Roberts Library, the state’s largest facility dedicated to the study of Arkansas history and culture. Through its connection to the university, the archives benefit from the rigorous scholarship of our faculty, creating a valuable resource for students, researchers, stakeholders, and the general public.<\/p>\n The Bobby L. Roberts Library represents a partnership between the Central Arkansas Library System<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0University of Arkansas at Little Rock<\/a>, through which the two institutions have made more than 10 million documents and photographs on Arkansas history available for public use.<\/p>\n The UA Little Rock Center for Arkansas History and Culture collects, keeps safe, and makes available Arkansas history that connects people to each other and their shared experiences.<\/p>\n “Confronting the Crisis: The Legacy of Central High School” started from the UA Little Rock Center for Arkansas History and Culture (CAHC)’s participation in the\u00a0Central High Integration 60th<\/sup>\u00a0Anniversary Committee<\/a>, which includes figures and organizations from around the state. Materials in the media galleries and oral histories come from the\u00a0Little Rock Central High School National Historic Site<\/a>, and collections from the CAHC, such as the Elizabeth Huckaby Papers (UALR.MS.0118) and the Bishop Robert R.
