The Life Interrupted Collection contains correspondence, publications, microfilm, photographs, memorabilia, and digital media collected and created by the project, Life Interrupted: The Japanese American Experience in World War II Arkansas.
The materials are a valuable resource for students and researchers interested in the incarceration of Japanese and Japanese Americans at Rohwer Relocation Center and Jerome Relocation Center in Arkansas.
Resources includes the project's administrative files, research files, audiovisual materials from the conference, "Camp Connections: A Conversation about Civil Rights and Social Justice in Arkansas," (2004), footage for the documentary, Time of Fear (2005), and donations received from individuals concerning Japanese American internment.
This collection is arranged in five series:

- Series I contains individual files, consisting of materials that were copied or donated by individuals to Life Interupted, including correspondance, photographs, digital media, yearbooks, and artifacts.
- Series II contains research files of published and unpublished manuscript materials that were collected by the Life Interupted project.
- Series III contains audiovisual materials from the conference, "Camp Connections: A Conversation about Civil Rights and Social Justice in Arkansas," on 2004 September 25. Also included are publicity materials concerning conference.
- Series IV contains audiovisual materials from the making of the Time of Fear documentary, including vider footage and still images.
- Series V contains the Administrative Project Files, which included the correspondance, brochures, minutes, and digital files documenting the Life Interupted project's activities, including organizing the Camp Connections conference, exhibits, and Time of Fear documentary.
