<\/span>How do I view historic maps?<\/div>
\n
    \n
  1. Click Map Layers<\/strong> in the bottom-right corner, and select All Historic Map Layers<\/strong>. The side panel displays historic maps.
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n
  2. All historic maps are labeled as\u00a0Maps<\/strong>. Select the desired map from the results.
    \n    \"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Select\u00a0Add Map<\/strong>. The historic map overlays on the current map.
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n
  4. Make the map more or less opaque by sliding the opacity dial left or right.
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n
  5. Select\u00a0Remove Map<\/strong> to remove the overlay.
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\t
    <\/span>How do I activate and use the City Growth feature?<\/div>
    \n
      \n
    1. Press the City Growth<\/strong> button in the bottom right corner. A pop-up box displays.<\/li>\n
    2. Select the Enable\/Disable <\/strong>checkbox to activate the feature. The annexed areas display.
      \n\"\"<\/li>\n
    3. Hover the mouse over an area to see the name of the territory and when it was annexed.<\/li>\n
    4. Click an area-the View City of Little Rock Document<\/strong> pop-up window displays.<\/li>\n
    5. Click\u00a0View City of Little Rock Document<\/strong>. A new tab with documents from the annexation opens in the city’s site.
      \n\"\"<\/li>\n
    6. Once you’re done exploring, press the City Growth<\/strong> button in the bottom-right corner and select the Enable\/Disable <\/strong>checkbox to turn off the feature.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\t
      <\/span>How do I zoom in or out of the map?<\/div>
      \n
        \n
      1. Press the +\/-<\/strong> icons in the screen’s bottom-right corner to zoom in <\/strong>or out<\/strong>, respectively.
        \n\"\"
        \nTip:<\/strong><\/em> You may also zoom in or out using a trackpad or mouse wheel. Additionally, you can zoom in to an area by\u00a0double-clicking on it; however, this method does not allow you to zoom out.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\t
        <\/span>Can I download artifacts from the archive?<\/div>
        \n

        You can download any artifact in the archive.<\/p>\n

        To download a photograph or architectural drawing:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Press the\u00a0Maximize <\/strong>icon or\u00a0View in New Tab<\/strong>. The artifact enlarges.
          \n\"\"<\/li>\n
        2. Right-click the artifact and a menu displays. Select Save image as<\/strong>.
          \nNote:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>Your device may use a different phrase for saving documents, such as\u00a0Save to Photos<\/strong>. Select the appropriate option for your device.
          \n\"\"<\/li>\n
        3. Input the desired file name, and select Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          To download a video or audio recording:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          1. Click the three dots on the right of the artifact. A pop-up menu displays.
            \n\"\"<\/li>\n
          2. Select\u00a0Download<\/strong>. The file automatically downloads to your device.
            \n\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            To download a document:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            1. Select\u00a0View in New Tab<\/strong>. The document opens in a new tab.

                <\/span>How do I maximize an artifact?<\/div>

                To maximize a photograph or architectural drawing:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                1. Select the expand icon in the bottom-right corner of the photograph or drawing. The artifact enlarges and centers on the screen.
                  \n– OR –
                  \nSelect View in New Tab<\/strong>. The artifact enlarges and opens in a new tab.

                  To maximize a video:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                    \n
                  1. Select the\u00a0fullscreen<\/strong> icon in the bottom-right corner of the video. The artifact enlarges and fills the screen.
                    \n– OR –
                    \nSelect View in New Tab<\/strong>. The artifact enlarges and opens in a new tab.

                    To maximize a document:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      \n
                    1. Select\u00a0View in New Tab<\/strong>. The entire document opens in a new tab.

                      <\/span>How do I reset the map?<\/div>
                      \n

                      There are two ways to reset the map: via the side panel or on the main screen.<\/p>\n

                        \n
                      1. Select Settings<\/strong> in the bottom-right corner of the main screen, and then select Reset Map<\/strong>. The map clears your progress and reverts back to its original setting.
                        \n\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\t
                        <\/span>What do the numbered circles represent? How are they related to the location pins?<\/div>
                        \nMaroon Circle:<\/strong> a cluster of pins
                        \nNumber within Circle:<\/strong> the number of pins within the cluster
                        \nMaroon Pin:<\/strong> a specific location
                        \nMaroon Shape:<\/strong> the area in which the pins are located\n

                        <\/span>What are the available map types?<\/div>
                        \n

                        There are two map types you can use to view the current map: street and satellite. To change the map type:<\/p>\n

                          \n
                        1. Select\u00a0Settings<\/strong>\u00a0in the bottom-right corner of the screen. A pop-up box displays.
                          \n\"\"<\/li>\n
                        2. Select your preferred map type: Street<\/strong> or\u00a0Satellite<\/strong>. The map updates to reflect your selection.
