Excerpts

Nov. 8th. 1918. Dearest Mother : – Haven’t much time to write but will drop you a short note. Nothing of great interest is going on at the present time. We have been on the move for a couple of weeks and I have seen many things of interest. At the present time I am in great health am out of doors most of the time and you know that was always good for me. It certainly looks as though we are going to have peace very soon now and I certainly will be glad for I am very anxious to get back home and see you and all the folks. Will close for this time, will write again real soon. All of my love. Your son Jim Guy
