The Arkansas Women’s Suffrage Centennial Project commemorates the 100th anniversary of the right to vote for women in Arkansas by promoting events, encouraging research and education programs related to women’s suffrage, and helping to preserve the history of women’s suffrage within the state. The Arkansas Women’s Suffrage Centennial will be celebrated between 2017 and 2020.<\/p>\n
Located in downtown Little Rock, the\u00a0UA Little Rock Center for Arkansas History and Culture<\/a>\u00a0is housed in the Bobby L. Roberts Library, the state’s largest facility dedicated to the study of Arkansas history and culture. Through its connection to the university, the archives benefit from the rigorous scholarship of our faculty, creating a valuable resource for students, researchers, stakeholders, and the general public.<\/p>\n The UA Little Rock Center for Arkansas History and Culture collects, keeps safe, and makes available Arkansas history to connect people to each other and their shared experiences.<\/p>\n The collections are available at the Bobby L.
